Business Development Resources has an opening for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant! The position will play a critical role in supporting our coaching team and coaching clientele. This position is for a Washington resident that is commutable to the Seattle/SeaTac/Tacoma area on occasion.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Support Coach)

Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, some weeknights and some weekends required based on

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00/hr DOE

Primary Job Functions: To assist Head Coach in delivery of quality coaching to our clients based upon the BDR core principles and ideologies empowering our clients to drive profit and growth in their businesses.

  • Acquire correct and timely financial statements, financial intake paperwork and other items as directed by Coach, Support Team Leader, or written processes.
  • Create, edit and complete call summaries according to written procedure.
  • Create financial PDF and send to client in timely manner as per written procedure
  • Use CRM to track all outbound and inbound correspondence with clients.
  • Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation.

Reports to: Support Team Leader
