Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Marketing
Department: Training
Reports to: Training and Marketing Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: 7:00-4:00pm Monday thru Friday, OT when necessary
Pay Scale: $17-$21 / hour
Position Summary: Create, organize, edit and distribute marketing materials for BDR and SAI classes and services. Complete graphic design requests utilizing outside graphic design resources when necessary.  Maintain and update company websites. Draft and coordinate company's social media marketing efforts. Maintain and update marketing production and distribution calendars and associated marketing logs.
Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
  • 3 Years of professional office experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experienced in marketing communication layout, design and formatting.
  • Experience with email and social media marketing.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures and make recommendations for changing the processes and procedures when necessary.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit marketing communications of all types
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must possess a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent proof reading abilities.
  • Experience in updating and maintaining a business website.
  • Ability to pull and interpret marketing reports and make recommendations for next steps based on report data.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing specific experience
  • 8+ Years of professional office experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience with Photoshop
